Our cuisine is developed through intuition, uncomplicated menu and simplicity of the dishes. This allows us to focus on the most important aspect of food which is the Taste.
We use regional resources in the process of creating our dishes.
We source and select the products we want to work with.
We use both, traditional and modern techniques. We combine them with heart and experience. We do not fall under the pressure of regional fashion but strive for uniqueness.
Based on these qualities we seek to create our “terroir” – a sense of place.

Table reservations in our restaurant can be made by phone, e-mail, and online.
We care about the safety and comfort of our guests. The petite size of our restaurant and lack of adequate facilities prevents us from being able to ensure this for young visitors. Having this in mind, we invite customers who are 6 years of age and over. We apologise for any inconvenience.
